The Pilates Studio Retreat Day
Our first retreat day of 2024 will be on Sunday 25th February and will consist of:
10am - Forest walk
11.30am - Pilates class
12.30 - Light lunch (provided by Nova Forest Kitchen)
1.30 - Pilates class
3pm - Stretch and meditation class
Cost: £55 per person
