Pilates and Gentle Pilates

Our hugely popular classes employ the principle of pilates in a series of challenging and rewarding workouts. Our general pilates classes are designed to inspire you towards a healthier body and mind, through challenging workouts built around the established principles of pilates. By utilising these principles, we’ll help you find a whole new level of strength, fitness, and confidence.

If you’re new to fitness or you’re looking to improve your mobility, this is the perfect class for you. We’ll focus on flexibility, balance, and strength in a class that moves slowly to really focus on good form and healthy movement.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket is a fast paced, fun, and challenging class! You can expect a modified Ashtanga sequence practiced to music, with plenty of chances to play with arm balances and inversions! Open to all levels as modifications and progressions will be given to make this practice accessible to everyone who is up for a strong and sweaty practice.

Zoë is a free spirit with a love for body art and spiritualism. Join her on the mat for a heady, vigorous Yoga practice coupled with soft, beautiful chanting and feel the magic flood the mind during relaxation afterwards.
