Pilates and Gentle Pilates

Our hugely popular classes employ the principle of Pilates in a series of challenging and rewarding workouts. Our general pilates classes are designed to inspire you towards a healthier body and mind, through challenging workouts built around the established principles of pilates. By utilising these principles, we’ll help you find a whole new level of strength, fitness, and confidence.

If you’re new to fitness or you’re looking to improve your mobility, this is the perfect class for you. We’ll focus on flexibility, balance, and strength in a class that moves slowly to really focus on good form and healthy movement.

Rocket Yoga

A fast-paced flow derivative of Ashtanga, but with more options for arm balances, inversions, twists and backbends. Prepare to sweat and be playful, leaning into support and laughter as we flow with the breath. You do not need to be able to do arm balances or inversions to attend - the whole point is to try it all and have fun. "Rocket gets you there faster!"- Larry Schultz

Men Only Pilates

This popular class provides a welcome space for men to practise a form of Pilates that’s especially tailored to the male body. We’ll work on strength, stability, mobility, and improving flexibility, and celebrate your inner strength.
